i-SPEED by VNNIC (i-SPEED) is an application to measure Internet access speed in Vietnam, built and developed by Vietnam Internet Center (VNNIC) under the Ministry of Information and Communications.i-SPEED application helps Vietnamese Internet users to self-test and evaluate Internet access speed through parameters: download speed (Download), upload speed (Upload), latency (Ping, Jitter).i-SPEED honestly reflects the users Internet access speed measurement results.
